A native of New Orleans, LA Sistah Kenya now resides in the Metro Atlanta Area. She strives to Live out her Purpose, which she deems the Creator has given her. A servant of YHWH and believer in CHRIST, Sistah Kenya is also an Author, Poet, Educator, Mentor and Mother. Sistah Kenya is also the First Lady of Spiritual Minded Magazine and Radio. She and AJ Rok have collaborated to bring a sanctified swagga to the world wide radio industry.

    Sistah Kenya aspires to become a well renown author, not only so her voice will be heard, but with hopes that souls will be saved and lives changed. The inspiration for her latest series, Soul Savers, is to reach out to the lost in a way that will be receptive. Bridging the gap between what some might call secular and sacred. Although her novels are created with this thought in mind, she hopes many will enjoy these uplifting, spiritual, erotica tales.

Her first novel Black Butterfly Emerged  was released in 2008. It is the first of 3, within the  trilogy entitled Soul Savers.  BBE was printed and distributed throughout the USA and is now available on Amazon.com.  The Second novel is titled BREAKTHROUGH released in September 2012.

Over the past year her focus has been to encourage other self-published authors, as well as up & coming authors like herself. She teamed up with The Green Room Actors Lounge in Atlanta, owned and operated by Terri J. Vaughn, to achieve this goal. She joined the Book Committee and became a great asset to the Author Expo events held quarterly at the lounge.

     Sistah Kenya is determined to soar into Success. As she elevates she encourages others along the way. Her motto is “There is No Success without Struggle!” Therefore she knows the journey will be tough but the reward in the end shall be well worth it!! To all whom she encounters her goal is to share Light & Love.
